• For custom or back orders, additional time may be required. Our team will inform you of the expected delivery timeline.

5. Payment

We accept payments through secure payment gateways supporting major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
• For custom or pre-order products, the delivery timeline will be communicated separately.
• Shipping is free across India.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Customers must inform us within 12 hours of delivery with opening video and order details at our customer support email.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for return eligibility.
• Customized or sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
