We try best to describe the product as is. However, due to digital image capture effects, there is a slight possibility that colors and texture may look different. Please ask if you have any questions before placing order.

  • The most accurate color of the product is mentioned in the detailed description of each item provided along with it and not necessarily the name or color category to which it has been assigned.
  • Dry-cleaning of saree from a reputed dry cleaner is a must and highly recommended for the first few washes to ensure the quality and long life of the product.
  • Products which are embroidered with sequins, beads, mirrors may have a tendency to come off in spite of meticulous care. All shades shall be subject to a change of plus or minus 10% as shown in the image.
  • Red, Maroon, Pink and Orange Colors have a tendency such red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade. There might be slight color differences when seen on the website from your screen and actual product.
  • The colors green and blue may sometimes overlap (that is green shade may appear blue in the image and vice versa). Same is the case with off white, white and cream colors.

  • We ship all orders by fastest possible air courier services after receipt of payment.
  • Shipping is free all across India.
  • We provide you the tracking site details and tracking consignment number as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier, so that we, as well as the customers can track their parcel.

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible. Your complete shopping satisfaction is our first priority. We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. But still for theory purpose here it is : –

If you have received the product in Damaged condition/Manufacturing Defect or wrong product, please contact us on +91 7551004229 within 12 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we’ll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item.

  • Always be sure to report your problem within 12 hours of receiving the item
  • Never send back a item without consulting with us. It’s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
  • Please return within 7 working days in unused condition.
  • As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the bill till it gets delivered to us.

Strictly we do no refund back for what so ever the reason.
