We try best to describe the product as is. However, due to digital image capture effects, there is a slight possibility that colors and texture may look different. Please ask if you have any questions before placing order.
- The most accurate color of the product is mentioned in the detailed description of each item provided along with it and not necessarily the name or color category to which it has been assigned.
- Dry-cleaning of saree from a reputed dry cleaner is a must and highly recommended for the first few washes to ensure the quality and long life of the product.
- Products which are embroidered with sequins, beads, mirrors may have a tendency to come off in spite of meticulous care. All shades shall be subject to a change of plus or minus 10% as shown in the image.
- Red, Maroon, Pink and Orange Colors have a tendency such red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade. There might be slight color differences when seen on the website from your screen and actual product.
- The colors green and blue may sometimes overlap (that is green shade may appear blue in the image and vice versa). Same is the case with off white, white and cream colors.

- We ship all orders by fastest possible air courier services after receipt of payment.
- Shipping is free all across India.
- We provide you the tracking site details and tracking consignment number as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier, so that we, as well as the customers can track their parcel.

We value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While every product is carefully checked before dispatch, in the rare event of an issue, please review the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
Strictly no returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of colour, design, or minor variations in shade/texture that are common with handloom or handcrafted sarees.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
A continuous, unedited video of the entire parcel opening and full saree inspection is compulsory to claim any return or exchange for damage, defect, or wrong product.
The video must clearly show the shipping label, outer packaging, and complete saree without cuts or edits. Claims without this proof will not be processed.
3. Reporting Timeline
Notify us within 12 hours of delivery through WhatsApp at +91 7551004229 with your order details and unboxing video.
Save all packaging material and the product until your claim is resolved.
4. Return Procedure
Do not send any product back without our prior confirmation. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once approved, the product must be returned within 7 working days in unused, original condition with all tags intact.
Please use a reliable, trackable courier and share the tracking ID with us. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us safely.
5. Refunds / Exchanges
After inspection, we will exchange the item or provide store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
- Strictly No direct cash/bank refund is issued for what so ever the reason.
